Judith Foster Scarborough

Mrs. Judith Ann Foster Scarborough, 83, passed away Wednesday December 6, 2023. She was born March 25, 1940, in Pocatello, Idaho to the late Gerald Arthur Foster and Phoebe Reagan Foster. Judith liked reading, working puzzles, spending time with her family, and especially loved her grandchildren and beloved dogs, Roxy and Molly. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband James Lewis Scarborough, their son, James L. Scarborough, Jr., and a brother John Marvin Foster. Judith is survived by her two daughters; Sandra A. Harris (Timothy), Nancy E. Scarborough-Black (Keith), six grandchildren; Timothy J. Harris, Gregory P. Harris, Heather M. Black, Jordan B. Black, Katherine G. Black, Reid A. Black, and four great-grandchildren; Devin J. Harris, Kendra L. Harris, Micah R. Harris, and Jackson L. Harris. A private graveside service will be conducted at Crestview Memorial Park.
