Judy Elaine Whisenhunt

Mrs. Judy Elaine Whisenhunt, 56, of Winston-Salem passed away Sunday, March 12, 2017 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. She was born May 29, 1960 in Forsyth County, the daughter of the late, Henry and Jean Hanes. She was a member of Edgewood Baptist Church and a 1978 graduate of Parkland High School. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Marcus Whisenhunt, her son, Matthew Whisenhunt. Survivors include one son, Aaron Whisenhunt and wife, Tabitha of Winston-Salem; two grandchildren, Colton Whisenhunt and Jessica Whisenhunt of Winston-Salem; one sister, Nancy Vios of Florida; one brother, John Hanes and wife, Alynne of Georgia; and two special friends, Martha Fulp and Brenda Thomas. A memorial service will be held Friday, March 17, 2017 at 6:00 PM at Edgewood Baptist Church.
