Julienne Mary Webster Ratcliff

Mrs. Julienne Mary Webster Ratcliff, 85, passed away on March 14, 2024, at her home in King. She was born on November 8, 1938, in Dover-Kent, England to the late Thomas and Julienne Webster. Julienne was a devout Christian that spread hugs, smiles, and compliments to everyone she came in contact with. She never knew a stranger, and loved her church family, community of King and especially military personnel, Police, and Fire. As a “beautiful souvenir” brought home from Dover England by her husband Lionel W. Ratcliff, Julienne would be a proud United States Air Force Wife for 29 of their 63 beloved years of marriage. In addition to her parents, Julienne was preceded in death by one son, Steven Ratcliff, and one daughter, Sandra Ratcliff. In addition to her husband, she is survived by two children; Julienne Coxsey and Elisabeth Ratcliff, five grandchildren; Ryan, Sara, Daniel, Justin, and Mathew, and six great-grandchildren. Julienne always shared and showed God’s love, lived life as a child of God, and saw HIM in everyone and everything. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
