Katherine Suzanne Hatfield

Katherine Suzanne Hatfield, 70, passed away Monday, July 24, 2017, at her home in Winston-Salem, NC. Born in Greensburg, PA, February 19, 1947, daughter of the late Arlin George Hatfield and Emma Jane Honse Hatfield of Winston-Salem, NC.

Ms. Hatfield received her Associate's Degree in Nursing from Forsyth Technical Community College. She retired from Baptist Hospital after 40+ years of service. She was also a member of St. Timothy's Episcopal Church in Winston-Salem, NC.

She is survived by a brother, Andrew Hatfield. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a sister, Joan Hatfield Black, and a brother, A. George Hatfield, Jr. Surviving are her nieces and nephews, William H. Black, Jr., Yvonne B. Gillis, David H. Black, Kimberly B. Allyn, Edward R. Black, A. George Hatfield, III, Becky Hatfield Britt, and Todd G. Hatfield; and numerous cousins.

A requiem service will be held at St. Timothy's Episcopal Church, 2575 Parkway Drive, Winston-Salem, North Carolina, on Saturday, September 9, 2017, at 11:00 am.
