Kathy Booth Butner

Mrs. Kathy (Ann) Booth Butner, 57, passed away peacefully at KBR Hospice Home on November 30, 2016. Kathy was born Oct. 4, 1959 to Betty and Allen Booth of W-S. She was preceded in death by her father and her Brother Dennis Booth. She is survived by her husband Mike Butner and daughters Kelly Heath (husband Jason), Courtney and Lauren Butner; granddaughters Baleigh Layell and Hannah Heath. She is also survived by her siblings Eddie, David (wife Debra), Jeff (wife Angela) Booth and Angela Johnston. The family will receive friends and loved ones at Hayworth-Miller, Saturday, December 3, 2016 from 3-6 pm. The last hour will be a celebration of her life to share memories and stories.
