Mrs. Kay Keys Belcher, 68, of Winston Salem passed away Friday February 28, 2014 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. She was born October 18, 1945 in Bluefield, W.Va. to Kermit and Jean Scott Keys. She worked for Home Instead Senior Care for the past ten years. She was an avid Atlanta Braves Fan, and most importantly a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, and great grandmother affectionately called ""Nannie"" She is preceded in death by her father Kermit Keys. Surviving are her loving husband of 50 years Ronnie Belcher of the home, mother Mrs. Jean Keys of Bluewell, W.Va., one daughter Rhonda Sheek and husband Wes of Clemmons, three grandchildren Scottie and Nicole of Winston Salem, Brandie and Rod of Clemmons, and Cortnie of Clemmons, and twin great granddaughters Summer and Mya. A funeral service will be conducted Monday March 3, 2014 at 2:00 PM at Hayworth- Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Chaplain Meghan Mc Swain officiating The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at East Lawn Gardens of Memory. A special thank you to Kelly Heath at Hospice. Memorials may be made to Kate B.
