Kay Sink Bush

Mrs. Kay Sink Bush, 78, of Winston-Salem, NC passed away Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at Brookstone Terrace. She was born April 9, 1945 in Forsyth County to Hubert Faw Sink and Bertha Linebach Sink. Kay loved life and people and was a member of Harmony Grove United Methodist Church. She retired from R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company and Calvin Klein. Kay was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Colleen Reid and a brother-in-law, Thomas E. Bush. Surviving are her husband of 50 years, Johnny Bush; a daughter, Penny Allen; a brother, Clifford “Bud” Sink (Jean); nieces, Kathy Boles (Mark), Cindy Leonard (Dyke), and Robyn Bowman (Steve); nephew, Danny Ray Reid (Anita); brother-in-law, Raymond Reid; and numerous other extended family members and friends. A graveside service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, September 24, 2023, at Harmony Grove United Methodist Church with Pastor Ryan Mendenhall officiating. Anyone who would like to sign the register book can come by Hayworth-Miller Lewisville Chapel between 11:00 – 1:30 p.m. on Sunday.
