Kay Fleming Turner

Mrs. Kay Fleming Turner, 56, passed away Sunday December 5, 2010 at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem. She was born in Surry County on June 17, 1954 to Phyllis and Howard Fleming. Kay was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend who will be missed greatly by all who knew her. In addition to her parents she is survived by her husband Gary Turner; son Wesley Turner, and his wife Sarah Simmons Turner of Atlanta; and her sister Doris Phillips of Charlotte, NC. Kay was retired from Wachovia Bank and was employed by Hewitt Associates at the time of her death. A memorial service will be held on Thursday December 9th at Parkway Presbyterian Church at 2:00 PM with the Rev. Dan Wilkers officiating.
