Miss Kayla Marie Allen, 28, of Kernersville, NC, passed away on Monday, January 12, 2026, following a tragic accident.
She was born on June 18, 1997, to Tony Lee Allen, Sr., and Tina Maria Ashby Allen in Forsyth County, NC.
A beloved daughter and loving mother, Kayla "ReeRee" was the heart of her family. She embraced life to the fullest and brought joy wherever she went. Known for her great sense of humor, she had a gift for making others laugh, even during life’s most challenging moments. Her beautiful smile and unmistakable laugh lit up every room and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Kayla cherished time spent with her family and friends and created countless memories filled with love, laughter, and connection. She lived with authenticity, kindness, and a deep appreciation for life’s simple pleasures. Her strength, compassion, and unwavering love will forever be remembered by those who were fortunate enough to know her.
Kayla was preceded in death by her grandparents, Bill and Evelyn Wright and Danny and Rhonda Mabe; aunt, Tanya Mabe, and a cousin, Tristan Gadberry "LeeLee".
Those left to cherish her memory include her parents, Tony Lee Allen, Sr. (Mary) and Tina Maria Ashby Allen (Marcella Lowery "Memaw"); children, Josiah Stevenson, Kingston Robinson, and Mazikeen Allen; fiancé, Donte Crews, Sr; siblings, Amber (Orlando Moore "Big Bro") Allen, Tony Lee Allen, Jr. "Bubby", and Breanna (Jamell Stewart) Ashwell; best-friend, Kori Gregg; along with numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends and family from 6:00 to 8:00 pm, Friday, January 23, 2026, at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel.
