Kayla Rose Caraballo

Kernersville - Kayla Rose Caraballo, 12, and Gina Realmuto Caraballo, 41, passed away from injuries sustained in a automobile accident, Sunday, January 19, 2014. She was born September 20, 2001 in Morris Co. New Jersey to Luis M. and Gina Realmuto Caraballo. Kayla went to East Forsyth Middle School, and was in beginning orchestra, a member of the Spanish club, and was involved in an academic achievement program, ""STARS."" She was preceded in death by her grandmother; Katherine Dillon. In addition to her father, she is survived by; a sister; Karley Bowman of Kernersville, her maternal grandparents; Anthony and Sharon Realmuto, her paternal grandfather; Joseph Dillon, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. A funeral service will be conducted 2:00 PM Friday, January 24, 2014 at Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Thursday evening at the funeral home.
