Kelly Poteat Widener
Kelly Poteat Widener, 48, of Clemmons, NC, went home to be with the Lord on May 24, 2014. Born on August 21, 1965, Kelly was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her father, Raymond Poteat. She leaves behind her loving husband, James T. Widener; daughters, Leslie Tran (Bowie), Melody and Jamie; sons, Lance (Kim) and Corey; her only granddaughter, Sailor Rose Widener; her mother, Mazie; sister, Lee Ann Crouse (Danny); brothers, Barry and Todd. A funeral service will be held at 3:00 pm, Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Bishop Bob Williams officiating. Interment will follow at Parklawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 pm on Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.hayworth-miller.com
