Mr. Kendall Anthony Butcher (Tuttle), 18, of Winston-Salem, went home to be with his Lord Sunday, April 21, 2019. Kendall was born on February 15, 2001 in Winston-Salem. He was fun-loving, hardworking, and dedicated to living his life to the fullest. Kendall enjoyed longboarding, playing basketball and guitar, and was very passionate about music. He was a loving son and brother that will be greatly missed.
Preceding him in death are his maternal grandparents: Beverly Arnold and James Arnold; paternal grandfather, (Papa) William A. Tuttle; maternal great-grandmother, (Maw-Maw) Jeanette Surface; and two aunts, Kellie Arnold-Navarro and Penny Arnold Homer.
Surviving are his mother and father of the home, Jamie and Dustin Butcher; siblings: Kaitlynne, Kaleb, Kourtney, and Kamryn; biological father, William Tuttle; half-siblings: Jordan, Tyler, Elijah, and Shelton; paternal grandmother, (Nanny) Joy Nichols of Advance; aunts, Roxanne (Arnold) Weatherman of Mocksville and Jennifer (Mark) Cummings of Pfafftown; step-family: grandfather, Harlan Cheek, grandmother, Vicky Atkins, great-grandmother, Pat Maines, and an aunt, Brandie Butcher; and a host of great-aunts, uncles, cousins, family members, and friends.
A funeral service will be conducted in his honor 12:00 Noon Thursday, April 25, 2019, at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel, officiated by Pastor Jason Holley and Pastor Ronnie Comer. Interment will follow at Grapevine Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at the funeral home.
