Mr. Kenneth Frank Stevens, 95, of Clemmons, NC, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 13, 2025. Kenneth was born on September 16, 1929, in Forsyth County to the late Mr. James L. Stevens and Mrs. Vina George Stevens.
He graduated from Mineral Springs High School in 1947 and retired from RJ Reynolds Tobacco Company in 1985 after 38 years of loyal service. Ken loved the outdoors and through the years enjoyed many hunting, fishing, and golfing adventures. In later years, he took great pleasure in simply being outside mowing his yard and admiring the natural beauty of the world.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in passing by his loving wife, Wanda Stevens, and by a daughter, Penny Stevens.
Left to cherish his memory are his children, Donna Leinbach (Todd), Denna Little (Dave Alford) and Mitchell Stevens; five grandchildren, Tyler J. Leinbach (Sierra), Andrew G. Leinbach, Clinton M. Stevens (Adrian), Lacy Azevedo (Jason) and Lori Campbell (Tom); and several great grandchildren.
With heartfelt gratitude, the family would like to extend their appreciation to Ken’s longtime friend, Steve Garner, for their enduring friendship over the years. Steve always kept our dad entertained and well loved, and we could not be more thankful for him.
In respect of Ken’s wishes, there will be a Private Family Service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Old Hickory Council, Scouting America, www.oldhickorycouncil.org.
Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel is respectfully serving the family.
