Mrs. LaRue Overby Hall went from her earthly home to her Heavenly home on Tuesday, March 11, 2014. She was born March 14, 1925 in Stokes County to the late Bessie Fulp Overby and Burell Overby. Mrs. Hall was a member of Marshall Baptist Church. She retired from Western Electric with 30 years of service. Mrs. Hall was a member of Western Electric Pioneers and the CWA Union.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Hall was preceded in death by six sisters and one brother. She is survived by one sister, Faye Hayden and numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 15, 2014 at Hayworth-Miller Rural Hall Chapel with the Rev. John Holmes officiating. Burial will follow at Quaker Gap Baptist Church Cemetery in King. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Marshall Baptist Church, 5739 Old Rural Hall Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27105.
