Mrs. Laurin H. Hughey, 43, of Clemmons, passed away unexpectedly on September 1, 2016 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. She was born in Lansdale PA on September 22, 1972 and with her family moved to Clemmons in 1977. A graduate of West Forsyth High School 1991 and Appalachian State University 1995, she worked at Inmar of Winston-Salem for 22 years. She was a beloved and vital part of Inmar's growth and success, rising through the company to become Director of Promotions. She is survived by her husband of 18 years, Brent, and three precious children, Will, 14, and twins Emma and Jackson, 11; her parents, Jim and Julie Helm, of Little River, SC, and her brother, Robbie, also of Little River; and two nieces, Abby Helm and Taylor Hughey. She loved spending time with her friends and family, she loved to travel, was an excellent skier, and also enjoyed just curling up on the couch to read, or to watch her favorite shows. Always doing for others, she was a remarkable, selfless angel, a devoted wife, an awesome mother, and a friend to all. She was our Rock.
