Lillie Mae Westmoreland Morton

Greensboro – Lillie Mae Westmoreland Morton, 89, passed away on Thursday, May 23, 2024, at her residence. She was born in Forsyth County on November 27,1934, to the late Earl and Hattie Walls Westmoreland. Lillie was once a member of Colfax Baptist Church. She was a dear and loving friend who will be missed by all.

In addition to her parents, Lillie was preceded in death by a special friend, Charles Sands.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Debra Simmons; three grandchildren, Holly, Matt, and Sam; her special friends, Paul Sands, and Linda Hill; and a special thank you to her caregiver Samantha Brady, who helped take good care of Lillie.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00pm, Wednesday, May 29, 2024, at Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
