Linda Kay Sink Woosley

Linda Kay Sink Woosley, 60, passed away at home surrounded by her family on May 5, 2026. Linda was born on July 11, 1965, to Charles Lee Sink and Audrey Faye James Sink in Davidson County.

Linda worked as a locksmith before having children. She frequently worked at her husband’s auto body repair business once her children were grown. Above all, she was a devoted wife and mother. She loved her family deeply and always put them before herself.

Linda enjoyed the simple things in life. She loved spending time with family and telling stories. Her laugh and joy were contagious. She enjoyed car rides while listening to country music, walks to her mom’s house, and visiting the mountains. She loved to be outside and adored all animals.

Linda was preceded in death by her father, Bud Sink; brother, Dean Sink (Vickie); and nephew, William Sink.

Surviving are her loving husband of 32 years Dean Woosley; daughter, Katie Jo Woosley; son, Matthew Woosley; mother, Audrey Sink; brothers Gary and Brett Sink (Liane), nieces Jessie (Curtis), Tiffany (Charlie), Mandy (Brock), and Taylor (Kevin); great nieces and nephews, Trevor, Ayden, Kaitlyn, Colton, Raelynn, and Kylie. A special thank you to lifelong friends Susan Gordon, Gerri Hoyle, and Beth Bailey.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, May 9, 2026, at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Rev. Jamie Sink officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service at the funeral home from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
