Loretta Grubbs

Mrs. Loretta June Styers Grubbs, 85, passed away Thursday, May 3, 2018. She was born in Forsyth County to the late Hazel Styers Brenner. Loretta was retired from Lucent Technologies and TLS Truck Lease Services. In addition to her mother, Mrs. Grubbs was preceded in death by her husband, Wade Dalton Grubbs and her son, Dwight Dalton Grubbs. She is survived by her grandson, Nehemiah Grubbs (Jordan); great-granddaughter, Hadley Grubbs; aunts, Sarah Ellis and Betty Hunter; and niece, Pam Shore. A graveside service will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 8, at Crestview Memorial Park with Pastor Gary Styers officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Liberty Baptist Church, 1548 Old Hollow Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27105. (Hayworth-Miller Rural Hall)
