Lorraine Anderson Cundiff

Mrs. Lorraine Anderson Cundiff, 85, of Winston-Salem, passed away Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at Lexington Health Care. She was born January 7, 1928 in Davidson County to Percy and Addie Shore Anderson. Mrs. Cundiff lived most of her life in Forsyth County. She was retired from Duke Power Company with 37 years of loyal service. She was a member of Bethesda Moravian Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Alvin B. Cundiff; and one sister, Elizabeth. Surviving are one son, Kent Anderson Cundiff and wife Dawn of Rockwell; two grandchildren, Jeremy Cundiff and Amanda C. Soloman and husband Jay; one brother, Dallas Anderson and wife Maxine of Winston-Salem; and one sister, Jane Zimmerman of Lexington. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 12 at Friedberg Moravian Church Graveyard with the Rev. G. Thomas Shelton and the Rev. Jimmy Newsome officiating.
