Louise Anderson

Ms. Louise Anderson, 73, passed away Monday, February 20, 2023 at her home.  She was born in Buncombe County, NC to the late Lynwood Anderson and Louise Gudger Morgan.  Louise grew up in Western North Carolina and graduated from Western Carolina University with a degree in Education and received her M. Ed. from Wake Forest University.  She retired as a teacher with the W-S Forsyth County Schools with 30 years of service and continued working at Walgreens in Advance.  Louise was an avid reader, loved the beach, and enjoyed working in her yard with her flowers.  Preceding her in death was a stepsister, Sharon Morgan.  Surviving are a sister, Carolyn Bradley (Rusty); niece, Morgan Bradley and her cousins, Rebecca Gudger and Samuel “Buddy” Gudger, III.  A celebration of life will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday, February 26, 2023 at Green Meadows Baptist Church.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
