Louise Leamon Bodenheimer

Mrs. Louise Leamon Bodenheimer, 73, passed away after a lengthy illness Tuesday, November 6, 2012 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born June 15, 1939 to Charles and Opal Leamon. Mrs. Bodenheimer retired from Sears and enjoyed traveling when her health would permit her to. She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years Bud Bodenheimer. Surviving are three sons, Philip Bodenheimer and wife Jaymie, Ed Bodenheimer and wife Cindy, David Bodenheimer and wife Brenda; four grandchildren, Sarah Bodenheimer, Charlie and wife Kristina, and Nicholas Bodenheimer, Brittany Brown and husband Cameron; one great-granddaughter, McKenzie Brooke Bodenheimer; one brother, Mike Leamon; one sister Becky Crisp; several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held 11:00 AM Friday, November 9, 2012 at Westlawn Gardens of Memory in Clemmons with Rev. Tommy Holder officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00PM Thursday at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the North Carolina Stroke Association, Piedmont Plaza 2, Ward A. Riley Ultrasound Center, 2000 West First St., Suite 504, Winston-Salem, NC 27104.
