Louise Cheek Hamilton

Mrs. Louise Cheek Hamilton, 86, of Winston-Salem, passed away on Monday, September 26, 2016. She was the youngest of three children born to the late B.A. and Bessie Cheek on December 22, 1929, in Bethel, Oklahoma. Louise married her life-long sweetheart, Rev. Dean Hamilton, on July 5, 1946, in DeQueen, Arkansas, who preceded her in death in June of 2013. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her two brothers, Glenn Allen Cheek and Earl Dean Cheek. Louise is survived by three children, Don Hamilton of Solgohachia, Arkansas, Debbie Moore and husband, Jimmy of Winston-Salem, and Mark Hamilton and wife, Tiffany of Madison, NC; seven grandchildren, and fourteen great-grandchildren. A celebration of life service will be held at 9:00am on Saturday, October 1, 2016, at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. Interment will follow at Parklawn Memorial Park.
