Luis Alfredo Portillo

Mr. Luis Alfredo Portillo, 17, passed away on Friday, September 4, 2026. He was born on July 17, 2009, in Forsyth County, to Luis Alfredo Portillo Rivas and Brenda Esmerlda Arias. Luis attended school at North Forsyth High School. He enjoyed going to the gym and playing basketball. He was also a very good cook. He was a loving son and brother who will be missed by all who knew him. Luis was preceded in death by his uncle, Jose Atilio Portillo Rivas. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his three siblings, Veronica Portillo, Roberto Portillo, Jessica Portillo. A funeral service will be held at 11:00am Saturday, September 12, 2026, at Hayworth-Miller chapel in Rural Hall with Ana Lilian Ramos officiating. A burial will take place at Crestview Memorial Park following the service.
