Lynda Tuttle Hill

Mrs. Lynda Dianne Tuttle Hill, age 88 of King, peacefully passed away Wednesday, May 27, 2025. She was born March 29, 1937 in Stokes County to the late Fred Lee Tuttle and Ruth Kiser Tuttle. She is pre-deceased by her brother Richard Tuttle.  A large part of Lynda's legacy is her volunteer activities at King Outreach Ministries. For over 31 years she worked countless hours at the agency in numerous capacities helping families in time of crisis. In 2016, Lynda received the President's Volunteer Service Award from President Obama. Lynda has been a faithful member of New Hope United Methodist Church serving as Membership Secretary for many years.  She is survived by her son, Michael Hill (Amy) and grandsons David Hill (Stephanie), Scott Hill, and Alex Petros.  A special thank you goes to the dedicated providers at Somerset Court of Mocksville for their unwavering compassion and commitment in caring for her.
