Lynda Maria Jarrett Sloan

Lynda Maria Jarrett Sloan, 50, of Pensacola Florida went to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 6, 2026.

Maria loved her country and loved God. The most important thing to her was her family.

Maria is preceded in death by her mother, Rachel Lee Jarrett; grandparents, Cecilia Jarrett and William Jarrett, Sr., and great grandmother, Eva Berry.

Maria is survived by her husband of 8 years, David Sloan; daughter, Kylie Sloan; father, William F. Jarrett, Jr.; sister, Cheri Jarrett and aunt, Lynda Russell.

A funeral service will be held at 5:00 pm on Thursday, June 11, 2026, at Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel with Pastor Frank Shumate officiating. A visitation will be held from 4:00 pm to 4:45 pm prior to the service. A private burial with be held at a later date.
