Margaret Hadley Crutchfield Boger

Margaret (Meg) Hadley Crutchfield Boger, age 56, of Concord, died from a 2 ½ year brave fight with cancer on February 12, 2016, at the Levine-Dickson Hospice House in Huntersville. Meg was born on November 25, 1959, to parents Dorothy and Philip Crutchfield. She graduated from 71st High School in Fayetteville N.C. and from UNC Greensboro with a degree in Elementary Education. Meg was a great mother and a loving wife. She was an out-going, active woman who was deeply involved in her family. She was a friend to all who met her. She enjoyed flowers, birds, butterflies, cats, along with all things in nature. Her family and friends will always remember her as a sincere, loving, caring person. She was preceded in death by her father Philip Crutchfield, of Fayetteville. Meg is survived by her husband Barry Boger ; sons Grayson Boger, Cameron Boger and daughter Melissa Boger all of Concord; her mother Dorothy Crutchfield, sister Laura Crutchfield, brother Jim Crutchfield, sister Pamela (Kevin) Brunner all of Fayetteville; sister Diane (Lyle) Lowenberg of Boone and brother Tom (Donna) Crutchfield of Greenville. A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00am on Saturday, February 20th, 2016 at Calvary Baptist Church, 5000 Country Club Rd., Winston-Salem, NC. with Rev. Gary Byrum officiating. Interment will follow at Forsyth Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 9:30am until 11:00am at the church. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Levine-Dickson Hospice House, 11900 Vanstory Dr, Huntersville, NC 28078.
