Marie Helen Williams

KERNERSVILLE – Mrs. Marie Helen Williams, 91, passed away peacefully, on June 30, 2025, surrounded by her family. She was born on May 15, 1934, to Joseph and Lettie Williams in Rockingham County, NC. Marie was a member of Bible Revival Ministries and loved being a member and singing during services. She was an admirable homemaker, perfecting the art of serving up the best biscuits and gravy!

Preceding her in death are her parents; her husband of 49 years, Norman “Doc” Williams; two daughters, Mary Marshall, and Donna Cromer; six brothers; and three sisters.

Left behind to cherish her memory is her daughter, Patricia Cash; six grandchildren, David Marshall, Eric Kirkman (Leslie), Shannon Williams, Ashley Stephan (Todd), Matthew Dunlap (Mallory), and Courtney Martin (Mikey); eleven great-grandchildren; and many friends who will miss her dearly.

There will be no formal services scheduled. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to: Trellis Supportive Care, 101 Hospice Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103, or Mountain Valley Hospice, 3069 Trenwest Drive, Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
