Marilyn Trapani

Mrs. Marilyn Davis Trapani, 71, of Winston-Salem, NC, passed away on August 21, 2017, at Novant Medical Center Palliative Care in Winston-Salem, NC. Marilyn was of the Christian faith. She was born on January 30, 1946, in Louisville, KY to Kenneth William and Kate Peacock Davis who preceded her in death. Surviving are her son, Dale Preston Smith and wife Cindy; brother, Joseph W. Davis and wife Wanda; sister, Marjorie D. Lanier and several nieces and nephews who loved her dearly. Marilyn retired from AT&T with 37 years of loyal service. The family wishes to extend a special thanks to the doctors, nurses and attendants at Novant Health for their tender care of Marilyn during her final days. A graveside service will be held for family and friends at 10:00 AM Friday at Parklawn Memorial Park with the Reverend Ronnie Andrews officiating.
