Marina Yartzeff

Mrs. Marina Verevkin Yartzeff, 87, of Winston Salem passed away on Sunday, January 27, 2019, at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born May 24, 1931 in New York to Vsevolod and Irina Verevkin Stayanoff. Mrs. Yartzeff was a woman of deep faith great industry and firm principles. She was a loving mother and grandmother. Preceding her in death are her parents and husband, Nicholas Yartzeff. Surviving are her loving son George Verevkin and wife Sueli Lopes of Winston Salem, and two grandchildren: Alex and Sophia. A funeral service will be conducted 12:00 Noon Wednesday, January 30, 2019, at the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, officiated by Father Demetri Kangelaris.
