Marjorie Jean Krotzer Harkness

Mrs. Marjorie Jean Krotzer Harkness, age 83 went to be with her Lord Friday evening July 25, 2008. Marjorie was born in Bradford County, PA July 3, 1925 to the late Frank Krotzer and late Della Merrill Krotzer. In addition to her parents Marjorie was preceded in death by her brother William Merrill Krotzer. Marjorie was a member of Saint Andrews Presbyterian Church and the Presbyterian Women's Society. She and her loving husband Bob enjoyed traveling with the Holiday Rambler R.V. Club spending many memorable winters with friends and family Surviving is her loving husband of 62 years Robert ""Bob"" Harkness of the home. One daughter and son-in-law; Jean (Norm) Morelli of Carolina Shores, NC. One son and daughter-in-law: Gale (Joyce) Harkness of Winston-Salem. Two grandchildren: Nicole (David) Gericke of King and Todd (Angie) Harkness of Colorado. Three step-grandchildren: Stephen, Celeste, Cindi. Three great grandchildren and three step-great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Monday morning July 28, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. at Saint Andrews Presbyterian Church by Dr. Judson Milam and Rev. Dana Fruits. The family will receive friends at Hayworth-Miller Funeral Home in Rural Hall Sunday evening July 27, 2008 from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. A graveside service for Marjorie will be conducted Thursday morning 11:00 A.M. at Tioga Point Cemetery in Athens, PA. In lieu of flowers the family request that memorials be made to Saint Andrews Presbyterian Church Memorial Fund, 357 Old Hollow Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27105 or to Hospice and Palliative Care Center, 101 Hospice Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103
