Marjorie "Margie" Boles Adams

Mrs. Marjorie “Margie” Boles Adams, 80, of Advance, NC passed away Saturday, September 14, 2024 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born March 4, 1944 in Forsyth County to the late Silas Boles and Ruby Gross. Margie faithfully attended Redland Church, IPHC where she loved her church family. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother and loved traveling with her husband and church friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Jeannette Blake. Surviving are her husband of 62 years, Dennis Adams; four children, Mark Adams (Sharon), Christine Silva (Vinny), Kevin Adams (Lisa) and Shannon Wombaugh (Brad); eight grandchildren, Kaleb Adams, Bethany Adams, Jared Ridenhour (Emma), Kaley Wombaugh, Cameron Adams (Kellyn), Landon Adams, Brooke Glendening (Joey) and Megan Greene; seven great grandchildren; one sister, Nancy McGee; one brother, Jerry Boles and a special sister-in-law, Debbie Todd. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at Redland Church, IPHC with Pastor David Richardson, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow in Gardens of Memory in Walkertown, NC. The family will receive friends one hour before the service at the church.
