Mark Woolley

Our dear brother, Mark Allen Woolley, 60, passed away on July 1, 2018 at his home in North Carolina. Mark lived life fully. He will be deeply missed by his mother Violet Woolley from Wallingford, PA; sister Gayle Massingham (James) Underhill, VT; brother Robert Woolley (Denise) Fort Myers, FL; and sister Deeann Colligan (Joseph) Appleton, WI. He is further survived by many nieces and nephews whom he loved so very much: Lauren Massingham(Alexei Erchak), Kara Massingham(Ted Coombs), Kristen Massingham(Taylor Cowie), Katherine Katzman, Benjamin Woolley (Stefi), Leah Colligan and Ryan Colligan. Mark loved and adored his great-nephews and nieces: Ethan, Mason, Zachary, Lucy, and Conor. Mark was preceded in death by his father Gardiner Woolley.

Mark loved deeply. He loved German automobiles, most especially BMW's, and he proudly owned three. His favorite, the M3, was fondly named "VilMMMa." Mark was a passionate member of BMW Car Club of America and a frequent Instructor at Road events, where he has many loyal friendships. Mark loved fishing, reading, slot car racing and all things yellow. He loved steak sandwiches, French toast, and Molson Canadian. He loved music, most especially Bruce Springsteen. He loved spending Christmas in New England. Mark loved the beaches of Avalon, New Jersey where our family has gathered for over 50 years-we will miss you this year, brother ❤️.

Honoring our brother's wishes, we are planning a celebration of Mark's life in Farmington, New Mexico, in September. In lieu of flowers, please send donations in Mark's name to BMW Car Club of America Foundation, 640 South Main Street, Suite 201, Greenville SC 29601.
