Mary Elizabeth Mullis Myers

Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Mullis Myers, 84, passed away Friday, July 31, 2026. She was born on February 2, 1942, in Ashe County, NC to the late William Charles Mullis and Frances Elizabeth Osborne Mullis. Mary was a member at North Point Baptist Church. She was the owner of Mary Myers Chocolate. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Donald Myers; and two brothers, William Mullis and Joe Mullis. Mary is survived by her two sons, Bob Myers (Carole) and Billy Myers (Debra Turner); eight grandchildren, Jon Myers (Melissa), Jessie Myers (Kayla), Ashleigh Myers, Rebekah Myers, Noah Myers, and Savannah Myers, Brandon Lawson and Brooke Lawson; seven great-grandchildren, Micaela Myers, Colin Myers, Eli Myers, William Myers, Kali Myers, Elli Myers, and Melody Myers; five brothers, Tommy Mullis, Roger Mullis, Lester Mullis, James Mullis, and Bob Mullis; and numerous nieces and nephews. A celebration of life service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to North Point Baptist Church, 4980 University Parkway, Winston-Salem, NC, 27106.
