Mary Kuei-Kun Lee Hellard

Mary Kuei-Kun Sun Lee Hellard passed peacefully into the arms of Jesus on June 26, 2025.

Mary was born on May 25, 1941, in Kunming, China, to Luke and Theresa Sun. She grew up in Taipei, Taiwan, before immigrating to the United States in 1959.

Mary was a long-time member of Calvary Baptist Church in Winston-Salem, NC.

She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Terry Hellard; son, Steven Lee; sister, Kuei Sun; two stepdaughters; two step-grandsons; one step-granddaughter; and one step-great-granddaughter.

A private family graveside service will be held at a later date.
