Mary Joan Pack

Mrs. Mary Joan Pack, 90, passed away Sunday, May 25, 2025, at Forsyth Medical Center. Mary Jo was born October 20, 1934, in Forsyth County to the late Dewey Otis Coggin and Sara Snead Coggin.

Mary Jo graduated from Reynolds High School in 1954, after high school 2 years later she would marry her loving husband, Lamont Kay Pack in 1956. They would spend countless loving years together raising their four sons until his passing in 2002. Mary Jo had a love and passion for sewing which led her to working at Peace Goods and Macy's for many years.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in passing by her husband, Lamont.

Surviving are her four sons, Michael Pack (Edelyn), Barry Pack, Daniel Pack and Scott Pack (Jenny); two brothers, Sonny Coggin and Max Coggin; and her sister, Sarah Wolfe.

The Pack family will hold a Celebration of Life Service, Monday, June 9th, 2025, at 2:00pm at Hayworth-Miller Lewisville Chapel with Pastor Lomax Skinner officiating.
