She is survived by her son, James "Jay" Ivan Sinclair, Jr. of Winston-Salem, daughter, Gina Sinclair Bess (Terry) of Winston-Salem, grandson, Noah Sinclair Bess, who she cherished with all her heart, step-daughter, Lindley Sheldon Bess, her siblings, Herman Kiger, Jr. (Nancy) of Richmond, VA, Betty Sheek (G.R. deceased) of Bermuda Run, NC, Bobby Kiger (Betty deceased) of Winston-Salem, Andy Kiger (Susie) of Lexington, NC, Becky Byrd (Aubrey) of Mount Juliet, TN, Gary Kiger (Jean) of Lexington, NC, Susan Gordan (Wayne) of Advance, NC, Debbie Kiger of Winston-Salem and Terry Kiger of Winston-Salem and numerous nieces and nephews.
