Mary Eula Logan Tatum

Mrs. Mary Eula Logan Tatum, 94, of Winston-Salem died Wednesday, October 2, 2013 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. She was born November 28, 1918 in Forsyth County, the daughter of the late, Augustus Green and Ida Murphy Logan. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Charles G. Tatum, Jr. and four brothers and sister, A.G., Rob, Royce and Charles Logan and one sister, Evelyn Hauser. Mrs. Tatum was a member of Fairview Moravian Church. Mary lived her life with God as her navigator. She loved on everyone she met. She enjoyed serving others, especially her family. She was a loving wife, mother, Grams and Great-Grams with a passion for teaching us all about her precious Savior. Mary would humbly sacrifice everything to care for her family. She loved to cook, sew and read. Nothing tickled her more than being a playmate to her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Her enduring faith and selfless love will always be an inspiration. A blessing like Mary is such evidence of our Living God. Our prayer warrior has gone home!
