Michael Harvey

Michael A. Harvey, passed unexpectedly on August 30, 2019. He was born August 25, 1964, in Bluefield WVA, the son of Darel R and Barbara K (Cecil) Harvey. Michael graduated from Montcalm High School, class of 1983. Following Graduation, he married his high school sweetheart, Hazel S Perry. They celebrated their 34th anniversary on August 16, 2019. Michael is survived by his beloved wife, Hazel (Perry) Harvey, his son Joshua A. Harvey and his wife, Stephanie of Germanton, three grandchildren, Abby, Grayson, and Jacob of Germanton, one brother Donnie Harvey and his wife Kris of Fayetteville, two sisters, one Debbie Harvey of Germanton, and Deanna Badger and her husband Ben of King, two nieces one Amber Parnell of Lexington, and Jennifer Parnell Ford and her husband Marcus of Winston Salem, three great nephews Mark, Josiah, and Noah of Winston Salem. Michael enjoyed spending time camping with his grandchildren and riding his Harley with his beloved wife. A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, September 8, 2019, at Hayworth Miller Funeral Home in Rural Hall. Visitation will follow the service.
