Michael "Dean" McCoy

          Michael “Dean” McCoy, 59, of Lewisville, NC passed away unexpectedly on Friday, November 14, 2025. He was born in Forsyth County on March 10, 1966. Dean graduated from North Forsyth High School and from Forsyth Tech. He was a route salesman for PF of the Triad and had a love for old cars and attending many car shows in the area. Dean was so proud of his daughter and loved being a cheer dad and dance dad attending every event for her. Surviving are his wife, Kim McCoy; a daughter, Taylor McCoy; his mother, Pat York (Bill); his father, Jim McCoy (Janice); his mother-in-law, Gail Hiatt; his father-in-law, Earl Hiatt (Ann); a sister, LeAnne Anders (Danny); a niece, Kelly Covington (James) and nephew, Chad Anders. 
          A Memorial Service for Dean will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, November 23, 2025 at Hayworth-Miller Lewisville Chapel with Pastor Gene Woolard officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home. At the request of Dean's family, casual dress is encouraged for his service.
