Michael Jason Spivey
KERNERSVILLE-Michael Jason Spivey, 38, passed away Sunday, May 11, 2014. He was born May 30, 1975 in Forsyth Co. to Terry and Catherine Goings Spivey.
Michael was a member of Gospel Light Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents, surviving are three brother, James Bailey, Scott Bailey and wife, Lisa, Blaine Spivey and wife, Alma, Tony Spivey; three sisters, Dawn and husband, Mike, Michelle Spivey, and Dartress and husband, Kevin; and grandmother, Ruby Spivey
A Graveside Service will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at Gardens of Memory in Walkertown with Dr. Bobby Roberson officiating. The family will receive friends 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Hayworth Miller Kernersville Chapel.
