Mildred Mustin

KERNERSVILLE – Mildred Ann Wooten Mustin, 87, passed away Monday, October 29, 2018 at Kernersville Medical Center. Mildred was born on April 1, 1931 in Yadkin County to Luther and Sarah Baity Wooten. She was a member of Woodland Baptist Church for 51 years. Mildred loved her church, little children, reading her Bible, and enjoyed cooking for her family and friends. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grand mother and sister. In addition to her parents, Mildred was preceded in death by her four sisters, and three brothers. Surviving are her husband of 68 years, Charles W. “Bill” Mustin; a daughter, Carol Bryan (Gordon); one grandson, Matt Bryan (Hope); one granddaughter, Melissa Kim (Randall); six great-grandchildren, Jake, Rebekah, Stepfen, Kathryn, Alex, and Sarah Beth; three brothers, Howard, Jimmy, and Philip Wooten; one sister, Dorothy Eldreth and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, November 1, 2018 at Hayworth Miller Kernersville Chapel with Rev. Tim Gammons and Mark Charles officiating.
