Nancy Boyles

Mrs. Nancy Alexander Boyles passed away on May 20, 2019, at her residence. She was born on January 25, 1932, in Greensboro to Norman and Miriam Spoon Alexander. She grew up in Alamance County most of it at her beloved Meadowlawn Farm. She graduated from NC Baptist School of Nursing and attended Salem College. She worked at NC Memorial Hospital and NC Baptist Hospital.  She volunteered at Red Cross her Church. She enjoyed gardening, her various bridge clubs and spending time with family. Preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Dr. Robert Boyles and son Robert S Boyles, Jr. survived by daughter and son-in-law, Beth and Lee Campbell of Mocksville NC: son and daughter-in-law, Dr. Michael and Susan Boyles of WS; Daughter-in-law Susan Canter Boyles, Coppell TX.  Grandchildren, Rob, James, William and Sarah Boyles and Justin, and Jacob Campbell. Sister and brother-in-law Drs Frances and BJ Campbell. Sister in law Marjorie Welch (John). There will be a graveside service at 10:00 AM on Saturday, May 25, 2019, at Forsyth Memorial Park officiated by Reverend Kathie Sherrill. The family will receive friends at her home following the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Trellis Supportive Care, 101 Hospice Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
