Nancy Ann Chilton Farmer

STOKESDALE -- Nancy Ann Chilton Farmer, 72, died Thursday, December 26, 2013 at her home. Nancy was born on October 15, 1941, in Virginia to the late Raymond and Clara Parrish Chilton. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend. Nancy enjoyed spending time with her family and loved keeping a diary of everyday events. She was a dedicated employee throughout her life and retired from Analog Devices Inc. in Greensboro, NC. In addition to her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by her first husband Bobby Jack Swink, who passed away at a young age; her second husband Cecil Coy Farmer; and one brother, Roger Chilton. Surviving are three children, Cathy Stanley (husband, Tim), Ricky Swink (wife, Betty) and Barbara Roland (husband, Edward); three grandchildren, Kim Hicks, Jennifer Farrish, Christopher Miller; twelve great grandchildren; three sisters, Faye Swink, Joyce Spangler and Sue Hayes; and three brothers, Forrest, Sr., Mike and Terry Chilton. The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 28, 2013 at Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel to celebrate Nancy's life.
