Nancy Williams Lloyd, 76, passed away peacefully Monday, March 25, 2019. She grew up in Lewisville, NC, daughter to the late Zebulon Vance Williams, Sr. and Evelyn Cobb Williams. After 2 years of college, she married Charles Weller Lloyd, Jr. and moved to Missouri where they had three daughters and Nancy was a stay-at-home mom. She completed her college degree in Accounting and went to work for Wachovia Bank and eventually retired from Wells Fargo. She loved to sew, quilt, and craft. She was active in the Girl Scouts with her daughters for many years. Nancy’s family and family history were key focus areas of her life, always the first to help family in need. She was a wonderful loving mother and absolutely thrilled to be a grandmother. Preceding her in death are her husband Charles Weller Lloyd, Jr. and sister, Susan Queen. Surviving are three daughters, Lisa Woodring (George “Woody”) of Apex, NC, Heather Jamieson (Peter) of Oak Ridge, NC, and Laura Lloyd-Scarimbolo (Pablo) of Raleigh; three grandchildren, Kate Woodring, Nick Jamieson, and Will Jamieson; also surviving is a sister, Emily Essex and two brothers, Van Williams and John Williams.
