Nancy Flournoy Moore

Mrs. Nancy Flournoy Moore passed away on Monday, July 8, 2013. She was living at Heartland Living and Rehab in Greensboro, N.C. Mrs. Moore is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Web and Betty Moore of Southport, NC, her daughter, Kathy Walker of Greensboro, her brother and sister-in-law, Sam and Ginny Flournoy of Charleston, W VA, five grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She is also survived by a niece in Indiana and a niece and nephew in Virginia. Mrs. Moore worked for Burlington Industries in Public Relations. She was an active volunteer for Urban Ministries and Hospice, and also a member of the Junior League in Greensboro. A memorial service will take place on Sunday, July 14 at 2:00 in the chapel of First Presbyterian Church where she was a member. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her honor can be given to the Pastoral Care Fund at First Presbyterian Church, 617 N Elm St., Greensboro, NC 27401 or Hospice and Palliative Care of Greensboro, 2500 Summit Ave., Greensboro, NC 27405.
