Nancy Brooks Oosting

Nancy Brooks Oosting, 82, left us peacefully on Monday, June 12, 2023. Nancy was born on February 6, 1941 into the family of Clarence and Adeline Payment Brooks, the sixth of seven children.

Nancy shared her husband’s love of outdoor sports and sailing, spending many years in the woods and on the water.

She loved playing cards, marbles and dominoes, and loved to laugh with friends she made from all over the world.

In addition to her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by her husband of nearly 63 years, Fred Roy Oosting.

Surviving are her son, Kermit Oosting; her daughter, Kristine Oosting Adel; three grandchildren: Sydney Tesh, Synclair Fultz, and Adryanne Parker; and four great grandchildren, who all knew her as "Gramma Oh".

In accordance with Nancy’s wishes, no formal services will be held. A wake will be held instead at a later date. Contact Kristine for details.  She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
