Nancy Carol Tilley

Mrs. Nancy Carol King Tilley, 77 passed away on January 23, 2024, at Silas Creek Rehabilitation Center. Nancy was born on December 28, 1946, to Viola King in Elkin, NC.  She was a woman of tremendous faith.  Nancy will be remembered for her deep and abiding love for all her family and friends.  In addition to her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Joe Tilley, her son, Steven Dwayne Tilley, and her sister-in-law, Adrianna Church. Surviving are her loving son, Vincent Tilley (Kristen); grandchildren, Marshall Tilley, Logan Tilley, Ethan Tilley, & Landon Tilley; brothers, Ronald Church (Barbara), Paul Church and Clay Church.  A celebration of Nancy’s life will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, January 29, 2024, at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. Interment will follow at Parklawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Sunday evening, January 28, from 5:00-7:00 PM at the funeral home.
