Nancy Hampton Tuttle

Kernersville - Nancy Jane Hampton Tuttle, 83, passed away Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at Kernersville Medical Center. Nancy was the youngest of nine children, born to Joseph and Nannie Bennett Hampton on June 18, 1933 in Stokes County.
She made a life-long career of caring for her family. Nancy enjoyed gardening and working in her flowers.
In addition to her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by her husband, James Cline Tuttle; her son, Kim Steven Tuttle; and eight brothers and sisters.
Surviving are her son, Rod Tuttle (Janet); her daughter, Gina Griffin (Kevin); two grandchildren, Garret Griffin and Kristy Tuttle; and special neighbors, Bobby and Helen Martin.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, May 4, 2017 at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens with Rev. Johnny Gupton officiating.
Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel is assisting the family.
