Nancy McKnight Williams

Nancy Rebecca McKnight Williams, 91, of Winston-Salem, passed away Tuesday, July 11, 2017, at Forsyth Medical Center. Mrs. Williams was born in Forsyth County to the late Joseph and Sarah Shutt McKnight on May 30, 1926. She was a long time member of Church of Christ at Ketner's. Mrs. Williams retired from Reynolds Tobacco Company and dearly loved her furry friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband John ""J.B."" Williams; four brothers, Joe McKnight, Paul McKnight, Bob McKnight and Bill McKnight; and four sisters, Mary McKnight, Helen McKnight, Bessie McKnight and Irene Burnette. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held at 10:00am on Saturday, July 15, 2017, at Church of Christ at Ketner's with Mr. Jerry Williams officiating. Interment will follow at the church cemetery. The family will receive friends 45 minutes prior to the service.
