Naomi Carter Crosier

Mrs. Naomi Virginia Carter Crosier, 86, passed away Saturday, December 2, 2023 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home in Winston-Salem. She was born on March 19, 1937, in Oakvale, West Virginia the daughter of the late Arie Oakley Carter and Virgie Clemons Carter. Mrs. Crosier was a homemaker and helped her husband with his plumbing business. She loved to sew, make crafts and cook. Mrs. Crosier loved working in her vegetable garden and flower gardens. She worked hard all of her life and loved her family deeply. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Joe Crosier; her son, Robert Crosier; three brothers, James Carter, Bud Carter and Rufus Carter; and one sister, Gussie Spangler. She is survived by her daughter, Joyce Crosier Robertson (Dale); two grandsons, Jason Robertson (Lori) and Barry Robertson; three great grandchildren, Genna, Austin, and Kryslyn; one brother, Randolph Carter (Lizzie) and many nieces, nephews and extended family. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM Thursday, December 7, 2023, at Hayworth-Miller Rural Hall Chapel with Rev. Greg Hall officiating. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory in Walkertown. The family will receive friends from1:00-2:00 prior to the service at the funeral home. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Ashleigh and her staff at Brookstone of Clemmons, for all of the love and care shown to mom in her time of need.
